Finally I’ve been able to enable the custom menu with pellucid 3.0.0 in Kodi 19. Anyone interested can follow the instructions
here.
Haven't been using Kodi for a few weeks due to holiday and started it up today. Am running Kodi 19.1 and the Silvio skin. The update to v.2.0.0 seems to have broken a few things.
Cannot get widgets to display Square Poster art, even if you specify when setting up the widget it defaults to Poster.
Tried as a test to change a widget label (to "Testing" - no one ever accused me of originality) in script-skinshortcuts-includes.xml and on reloading the skin, it immediately overwrote the change with the original label. That is a big problem for me, because making changes in the xml is a great way of testing possible mods to a skin.
I will update to K19.3 to see if it makes any difference (about time I did that in any case)

justin150 , please revert back to version 1.1.5 of skin shortcuts; there are issues yet to be resolved with 2.0.0. You can find 1.1.5 here:

Sorry, can someone explain to me how to revert back to this 1.5 skin shortcuts version? First time I hear about this skin shortcuts, but it caused an error with Arctic Zephyr Reloaded Skin on Apple TV, and I had to reinstall Kodi.

bsoriano downloaded that version and now menus are being built again when updating home menu or when switching skins.

Click on the link provided by bsoriano to download that version of skin shortcuts. Then open Addons and add via zip file, browse to where you've saved the download and install.

Bug-report:
On systems with Core- or LibreELEC and Estuary Mod v2-skin, one is not able to select the second row of user-created widgets (list with 8 entries).
The maintainer of Estuary Mod v2 says, he can't help, because the context between Skin <--> skinshortcuts <--> Hardware (CE, LE, RPi) is beyond his knowledge:

some details:
It occurs only on:
- Estuary Mod v2 skin (so far)
- with Core- or LibreELEC, RPi (afaik)
It works on x86 and other systems.

but on my Linux-Laptop installation (Ubuntu), I have some entries with "--0" or "--1" and the navigation is working.

Soo, is this just gonna stay broken..or? Is it actually broken or do skins need to change around these 2.0 changes? Be nice to hear some response since its been broken for 2 months?

How did you rollback on AppleTV to version 1.1.15?
I still getting an error while I'm trying to install from .zip file. Even 2.0.0 version throw the error. But when I installed latest version from repository, installation is successful.
