Solved. Repo was buggy.

i think this was for me !...?

Yesterday, first i downgraded to KODI 17.0 RC (clean install),
Then i tryed to install fTV (with TV and mods). - Same Error-Window
Then i installed fTV (Krypton) an it works fine...!!! No Error during insall-process...!

The only problem is: i insalled ipTV via "simple client list", but i cant see anything.
Maybe not a skin-problem - i will try again till it works.

Final questons:
WHEN (time) did you upload the "new" Repo...?
Should i reinstall everything (clean), or can i overwrite the old Repo...?
Should i install the Krypton-one or the TV+Mods-one...?

My changes solved the installation problem for the Krypton version.

Regarding you IPTV question:
Installing the client isn't enough. You have to configure it with your own (legal!) IPTV sources. Kodi does not provide any streaming content.

I have tested your fix with different tvshows and it works! I get the role they played if the actor is in my local database which matches the number of actors I downloaded from thetvdb.

Nope, this has nothing to do with Skin Helper. The skin prefers the local stored list item information.

I noticed that when extended info is used, if you select to watch a trailer, it gives you the option to play the trailer that are available. If you decide to cancel by pressing "x" after the trailer started, it goes into a loop, exits the trailer but starts playing it again.

Please also note that a lot ot is handled and displayed differently compared to the original skin (personal preference).

If I type something into the search window,
there are automatically generated word suggestions below...

I can scroll down, but can not select anything by pressing the OK button on the amazon-fire remote control.

The words are not taken into the search field and an empty search is executed.

Where is my mistake...?

Working on my Windows and LibreElec devices.
Should be a issue with your Kodi android version or with the required addon: https://github.com/phil65/script.module.autocompletion

Same for me ever since switching to Krypton on my FireTV.
Have not found a solution as yet.
Sometimes if I press select 2 or 3 times it actually works.
I have even tried fresh installs to solve this one - plagues me.

The addon is already installed, otherwise you won't see the suggestions.
What I mean is that the addon or your Android Kodi version is causing the issue.
I do not have any Android/fTV device here, so I'm not able to test it by myself.
