Do you mean why all the scrapers are not working? Because all the websites did changes and AEL has to update the scraping engine to handle those changes.

Online scrapers do not work on 0.9.7 because of changes of the websites or APIs. We are working to fix that, please wait for release 0.10.0.

What method would I use to execute a W10 command to launch the Settings app? Do I need to create an executable from a batch file to make this work? (background: I can get a submenu setting in Kodi to launch Settings but unfortunately Kodi is greedy about focusing and dumps Settings to the background.)
