any hopes for the PVR's to return to the test builds? As i can tell there have been some updates to kodi-pvr, no idea if it's for fixing the new api changes though
@Ney: Which one was it? Don't I build it currently? Or is it just not working?

Dvblink
the 3.0 that is with the 29/1 build doesnt work (some dll error) - I assumed that was what the 20/1 readme note was about? As I can tell latest on git is 3.1, but I have no clue wether it works or not
And to be honest I dont know if you build it currently
edit:
the build from 01 feb, the plugin fails to load. log:
http://sprunge.us/UdXU
the version says 3.0.1 so you do build it, since the 19/1 build got the 2.0.1 version of the plugin.
I guess I just have to wait for it to be fixed upstream - sorry for the smoke
Thx much for the logfiles. I am currently 110% busy with android - so I cannot debug these issues. I will make another build in some minutes. Please see if it has magically fixed.
I spoke with @h.udo earlier today and apparently the pvr.nextpvr and pvr.dvblink addons are yet to be updated with PVR API 4.2.0 support as there is no active maintainer... unless someone supplies a patch these addons will be marked as broken in a few weeks time (at which point I'll drop them from my own builds, if not before). I'm sure it's possible to hack in a quick fix but it does bring into question the long term future of these clients.

afaik dvblogic maintains the dvb-link client at
https://github.com/dvblogic/pvr.dvblink they are not always fast when it comes to API changes, but they usually get around to it. I will throw a message on their boards saying the api has been bumped and see what happens.

Same here, new build didnĀ“t help (r21997)
There should be a crashlog in your /storage directory - that one we need, please.

That's one from starting without display attached. Not the crashlog we currently search.
I use the MythTV PVR plugin so I switched from the Openelec builds to the Ubuntu ppa.
Janbar has updated his MythTV plugin ppa for Krypton

Quote:@smitopher, I provide pre-build for dev addon only for ubuntu , on my ppa:
https://launchpad.net/~jlbarriere68/+archive/ubuntu/ppa
The package is named : kodi-pvr-mythtv-dev
It is build every day. Also i am forcing the build now.
update: It is very very very easy to build it on Linux
I was much more stable while running the OpenElec builds. If you could easily start including/building the PVR's that are updated, I would switch back.
With the next build I bumped the binary addons to whatever is the latest / greatest on kodi-pvr repo. I don't track private repositories, all code shall be merged upstream.

There is no crash.log :-(
Debug log:
http://pastebin.com/hiW8h0W7
This one was after ending the video.
With this sbs.mkv it happen, nearly ervery time.
On non sbs files, for time to time. At starting the movie or after ending. Stucks at black screen with mouse pointer or back on homepage with build version.
Try to upload the kodi.log.old please - directly after the next crash. From what I see you post the restarted kodi log which has nothing in it.
