Where do you have issue with codec infos? Home widgets? Library?
If it's in home widgets, it also happen to me from time to time after a fresh install
Best way I have found:
-go in library and put your mouse on the issued movie
-wait a few seconds to have the codec infos loaded
-go back to home
-click on the power button and select "reload skin"
Installed the Global Search addon for, well, searching stuff.
I did an initial search, got 0 results, and then was stuck on an empty results screen.
None of the normals keys worked, such as ESC and BackSpace. I finally had to do ALT-F4 to really escape.
Is the whole Search box thing still a "work-in-progress" ?

Just saw a little thing and do not know if it is an issue or an expected behaviour
For Star Wars movie set, I change the poster of the last movie (want it to be the same as the others) and the ordering (from year to name) to have them in the good order (1 first and 7 last):
But at the movie set level, the mini poster on the bottom right still show the old poster and the original ordering (by year):

Just try global search with local library, addons and themovieDB and all works good
(Windows 10 / Kodi 18 Alpha 1 / latest EstuaryMOD from git / all updated addons)

Now i have a little problem with ratings for some movies (i think JUST for harry potter movies...^^)
don´t really care...^^
Another thing, which you maybe could edit in your skin:
In the episode view (list), the rating for the selected episode is missing (screenshot).
Here´s a screenshot so you can see that there is a rating for this episode:
Maybe you could add it there just as in the movie-list-view?
Ps.: Ups, its another episode, but the selected episode above has really a rating

Running Kodi 18, on Ubuntu 16.04, Estuary Mod 1.7.3
The imdb rating is not showing up for me. Also running time shows up blank if it's over 9 minutes.
Running Kodi 17 RC, latest version of estuary mod.

Found what's wrong!
If you open the extended info window:
Then movie set clearlogo will not be displayed anymore until you restart kodi:
Opening extended info window for one movie trigger the issue for all movie sets
