Yes media flags are png but you need to edit code to change size of resolution icon.
Your right, the right box is not a good solution.
I tried to look at the png but no luck.
Found Variables.xml, DialogPlayerProcessInfo.xml, 1080.png...... but just can't find my way...too bad. ;-)

Like the way you can do it for a single movie.
Is it something that you can do it? or is it something for another addon. If you cant do it do you know where the metadata from the scrapers are stored?
