If you had LIRC enabled before you have to reboot after disabling it

so long,

Hias
I know that, doesn´t work if disabled.
Is it my config, or do the latest builds disable updating builds via the LibreElec settings menu?
URL works with older builds but doesn't show the availabele builds option in the menu.

Thanks.

EDIT: starts with build 0829

Can you paste your kodi.log?

I'm not seeing an issue here with #0903 - the "Available Versions" item is present, and when clicked (after a fresh boot to ensure the list is up-to-date) I can see the latest builds listed, #0903 being the most recent.

instead of defaulting to SMB 1.0 (which you really should not use:
just google for "stop using SMB1" or similar), the default cifs mount
now defaults to a rather more modern SMB 3.0.

Do you think you can you tell me anything that might help identify the problem?

The tvheadend42 #0904 addon is the same as the #0903 addon - no new commits - so if the #0904 addon isn't working it's a packaging issue.

I'm afraid you'll need to provide a kodi.log, "journalctl -a", and some description of what "isn't working properly" because right now I have no idea.
(2017-09-04, 12:57)HiassofT Wrote: [ -> ]Which xbox remote are you using? Xbox one and Xbox 360 remotes should work out of the box. WIth these new builds make sure you are using dtoverlay=gpio-ir (NOT lirc-rpi) and have Lirc DISABLED in LibreELEC settings.

Additional note for everyone's using a hifiberry-board and an ir-reciever at the same time or just using another gpio-pin than the standard one (5):
Do not use the lines "dtoverlay=gpio_lirc" & "dtparam_gpio_in_pin=XX" but just the line "dtoverlay=gpio-ir, gpio_pin=XX". Otherwise your rpi will freeze between the two kodi-logos on startup.

URL works with older builds but doesn't show the availabele builds option in the menu.

Thanks.

My bad, starting with 0829 the option: "automatic updates" switches from default "manual" to default "auto".
The url's are shown but not the other options.
When I switch to "manual" everything is oke.

It doesn't load after booting. I checked both tvheadend addons (PVR + Server) and some dependencies are missing or wrong.

not sure if this has been stated before, but with #904 i could not select any "release to update" in the libreelec release. With #816 and #830 everything is great.
IF this is unknown, I will devide and conquer - otherwise: never mind Smile

Edit: #830 works great for me with Amazon, Netflix, dazn, skygo and ran (for German football streaming!) when using lan cable. Thanks for this!

While using WiFi it keeps getting me problems... I have a new fritzbox and it shouldn't be a problem, but is it possible there is an issue with pi3 integrated WiFi or are some of you using it without issues?

PS: game emulation looks great, but unfortunately the known controller mapping Bug stops me from using it. Looking forward to the Bugfix/enhancements from garbear!
Thanks for all your hard work on this! Been following the forum for a while now and updating with the nightlies.

Looks like updating single movie scraping still isn't working for me, I am however using the Universal scraper instead of the default one so that I get IMDB ratings, could this be why?

Ah yes, that would be this change which got included along with the Samba workgroup changes, so from #0829 the default "automatic updates" setting changes to "auto". Thanks for working that out and updating.

@linkedinsoldier this almost certainly your issue too.
