@ beamdream

I do not have any freezing with my video-files over smb://network (only 100mBit/s - not 1GB/s !) or a external usb-hd.

My DVD, BR50, VCD and some other formats run verry well, like a easter bunny, lol

...joke, think you've a prob with your cannection or a defekt sd-card (?)

What kind of IR receiver are you using? Didi it work with build #0415? Are you using in-kernel decoding (aka ir-keytable configuration) or have you created a /storage/.config/lircd.conf file and are running userspace lirc?

Please provide the same info as I requested in this post: https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid...pid2726592

build #0415/416
When I press Pause or Info (VideoPlay) with my remote control I will not see the file name in the upper left corner anymore. Is that so wanted now?

I can confirm this behaviour - same with Generic (x86_64). Started with #0415.

Thanks, this helps! Most important info was that you are using an mceusb receiver (and the ir-ctl output should help as well).

I've dropped the mceusb commit from the PR so build #0417 should be fine again. Please test it and report back.

Using Kodi to watch
- Tv (PVR Simple Client) it is freezing. it starts up with asynchron voice and picture

The buils 07.04 ist the last working build. Videos are frizzing when streaming from external media. Build 09.04 not testet, but 15.04 and 16.04.

@Milhouse is 0409 still available somewhere? There was quite a bit gap between 0407 and 0415 so narrowing it down a little would help.

Yes the #0409 builds are here: http://milhouse.libreelec.tv/builds/broken-do-not-use/

But obviously they don't have working IR/LIRC so the GUI must be navigated with a keyboard, or CEC.

@beamdream can you try #0409 and report back?
Same here. LiveTV and Movies from NAS are stuttering all the time.

Maybe have to do with the latest VideoPlayer changes:

Quote:VideoPlayer: do not render video until a/v streams are in sync
Hi,

Im also having problems with video stuttering when playing pvr(mediaportal), starts ok for a few seconds and pauses a couple of times, then completely stutters, like its in slow motion, 1st seen with #0415.
Ive tried #0409 and its seems fine, no stuttering.
I can post logs when i return home.

Kind Regards

Bucky
Hmm, I can not confirm the inconvenience with PVR or video stream over samba, everything runs smoothly and without problems.
I use latest build with RPi3 B

PVR = TVHeadend - DVB-C & DVB-S - all FullHD
Hi,
To all with Live TV stuttering I think it's a problem with OMXPlayer, try with just MMAL enabled in 0416.
I confirm both renderers were good in 407.
Yep, also here stuttering all after 4/7 except 4/18 (doesn't test it yet).

Gesendet, halt...
