@Milhouse
I'm running LibreElec Kodi Leia on Raspi2. Since version #304 (#305, #306)  it takes a long time to boot, the time between the LibreElec splash screen and the Kodi splash screen is around 90 sec. Before (until version #303) it took only seconds so I downgraded to this version.
How can I reduce the boot time on newer versions?
Thanx for your support,
oliaros

You need to use my version with updated openssl or wait until cvh updates his version (the openssl bump merged last night so shouldn't be long).

Hey, just experienced a crash right after updating the widevine library:
http://ix.io/1D6o

I saw the "success" notify, then crashed when the series started.
Hi there,
  • if im trying to play some high-quality .mkv-videos via UPnP Media Server (Universal Media Server) from my PC
or
  • directly from USB-Stick
Kodi/LibreElec/Raspberry crashes without a message --> Immediate black screen followed by reboot

If i had to guess i think its only happening with big video-files or with high-res-videos ...

Logging-files:

Via UPnP: Last comments in Crash-Log before reboot:

From USB-Stick:
Same behaviour and (i think) same logging-information --> Crash Thanks a lot for the good work and hopefully you can fix the issue!
I am using kodi with an old TV using composite out. Starting after 9.0 #1030 there was an issue that video calibratrion settings were not saved (they were lost after a reboot).

There was a discussion in the forum:
https://forum.libreelec.tv/thread/14028-...ersistent/

Github issue #15165 discussed it further:
https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/issues/15165

User peak3d seemd to solve it in PR #15516:
https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/15516

According to a user in the last link the issue was fixed in a kodi nightly from Feb. 19th. However, I tried LE #0309 today and the issue is still present. Is PR #15516 integrated into this buiild? This bug annoys me as hell ...

Best wishes
kdre
