What do you mean by start up? My tvheadend server and client are on a wetek play 2 with libreelec installed into nand and I can boot it up and instantly start a channel (so slim to none startup time of tvheadend)
I'am use a Rpi3 with Tvheadend Server and Client when i boot the rpi it comes up frist a Message that the Tvheadend Client can't start corectley because the server is not ready.
Of course, the RPI is very demanding with 1473 services and 305 active channels.

Checking the channels on startup is disabled, of course, for the 30 DVBC Chanels are the EIT Grabber ist aktive.

I think it might have something to do with the image cache and the picons directory with 5639 pictures?
To be honest, I only have 14 channels. If your channel number is this high it might be related. But I can't answer that, sorry!

 I do not think my tvheadend has about 4583 services and everything works very well. Active channels abaut 130

@fritz_hh
Do you always install the corresponding tvheadend from this site? - http://milhouse.libreelec.tv/builds/addo...headend42/
That always comes with new builds from Milhouse

(2018-11-23, 23:56)doveman2 Wrote: [ -> ]I've just setup my RPI 3B+ with LibreElec 17.6. I'm using it with the official PSU that I was using with the RPI2 but I'm seeing the warning lightning bolt on screen a lot, so before I update to the latest testbuild is there anything I can set in the config.txt that will solve whatever problem that's indicating? The only USB device I have plugged in is the IR receiver and I'm using an Ethernet cable at the moment.

I bought a new RPI 3 PSU (I needed a new PSU anyway as I didn't have enough for all my PIs) but still kept getting the lightning bolt. It turned out to be the Nespi case that is causing the problem. I guess one of the boards in it is causing a voltage drop.

I don't have much luck with cases! I bought this Flirc case recently https://www.modmypi.com/raspberry-pi/cas...-pi-3-case and the screws don't screw in properly. Either the posts they're meant to screw into haven't been properly machined or the screws are too long. They sent me a replacement and that has the same problem, so maybe they've got a bad batch. The ModmyPi Modular cases have been fine for me but I wanted something a bit stronger that I could throw into a bag and take out without worrying about it cracking.
@Aux_  yes, of cours i also always download the corresponding update for tvh.
But i'am not sure whether the player should also drag the automatic update I blocked this.

@tjost yeas, i'am from hamburg.

Happy New Year Milhouse, and thank _you_ for all the time, effort and sweat you've put into getting the various test builds out, and all the troubleshooting help!

Thanks!
MP4files from DJI Osmo Pocket are not playing. Would it be possible to add support for them in future builds?
