Are these download links full libreelec images? Is there any repo with these versions of kodi and stuff? I am using http://download.osmc.tv/dev/gmc-18 but it is not updated that often, and I cannot update using your download links - I put the image there:
osmc@aikrpi:~$ md5sum /storage/.update/LibreELEC-RPi2.arm-9.0-Milhouse-20170915224451-.tar
8f7c655178b87ee3d6d875eb4e15461b /storage/.update/LibreELEC-RPi2.arm-9.0-Milhouse-20170915224451-.tar

then reboot the pi but it does not seem to have any effect, what am I missing? Thanks and sorry if that was explained already, just could not find it.

The problem I am trying to solve is seeking in bluray iso - it simply does not work, like I press "right" once and nothing happens in 20 minutes but the movie itself plays just fine.

No, they're update tarballs as explained in the first post under "Installing". Needless to say they'll have no effect on OSMC.

Make sure you have enabled the included version of VDR VNSI Client first, otherwise the Kodi addon system tries to install an out of date version of the client when installing the server.

Thanks, that worked perfectly! Will test extensively, but first impression is really good (including DVBAPI).

Thanks again for all your efforts, guys!

I installed LibreELEC-RPi2.arm-8.0.2.img.gz from https://libreelec.tv/downloads/ , this gave me OSMC. Is not it an official thing? It looks to me like it has been renamed but apparently I am just missing something important but what?

upd. Never mind. It was 8.0.2, 8.1.1 seems to do what expected. Sorry for the noise.

Is this a wind up? Please start a new thread if you are having problems installing a working LibreELEC system as that has nothing to do with testing the builds in this thread.
Gamelib retro became incompatible again with #916, I guess this is already known, right? If not I will figure out which one is the one to make it incompatible
On #915, when pressing the button "Aus ZIP-Datei installieren" ("install from ZIP"), nothing happens, despite the fact that unknown sources have been enabled. Installation from zip is possible when choosing it from the listed options after saying "install from repo" and moving up one level via ".." .

This, however, seems to be a problem with Kodi 18 as a whole, since I have the same issue with the kodinerds-APK on my Nvidia Shield TV box. But I am sure you know better who to pass this on to than I do.
(2017-09-05, 09:21)Milhouse Wrote: [ -> ]The following addons have been updated:
Code:
service.tvheadend42
visualization.waveform
service.multimedia.vdr-addon
vfs.rar
visualization.spectrum

Anything not listed (eg. visualization.shadertoy/screensaver.shadertoy) that has been uploaded before, doesn't currently build.
I installed this zip: visualization.spectrum-999.2.0.2.2-#0904-milhouse.zip

visualization.spectrum crashes in #916.
log has this
11:43:35.304 T:1943122032 ERROR: Add-on 'Spectrum' is using an incompatible API version for type 'Addon'. Kodi API min version = '1.0.12', add-on API version '1.0.11'
and Kodi then restarts.

I tried editing addon.xml, changing
<import addon="kodi.binary.global.main" version="1.0.11"/>
to
<import addon="kodi.binary.global.main" version="1.0.12"/>
and re-zipping, same result.

The home widget has never worked, and is an known issue. Install zips from Add-ons > Add-on browser.

Not sure how that became incompatible with #0916... are you sure it worked with #0915? What is the error with #0916?
Morning Ksooo,

OMX PVR video switching is kinda working again with 0916, but it has a strange issue of thinking its still on the previous channel.
For example ill start watching channel 1, and switch up to channel 2, Kodi switches to channel 2, but still thinks its on channel 1, when looking at the guide or bringing up the on screen info it all for channel 1.
Also when switching any non-pvr video it shows up the main gui briefly before switching, and then shows as nothing is playing even though it is.. if you want some logs let me know..

Best Regards

Bucky..
