I have very good news for you guys!
I have now got the skin on Matrix running so that it now works without any tricks.
I will be creating a matrix version for Titan-Mod in the next few days, but I have to test a bit first. 

i managed to install the skin on matrix it works but i cant change views in video addon or programs i can only select list.

Meanwhile, I just fresh installed Kodi 18.9 and Titan MOD 18.1.19~alpha. Updated Movie & TV Library (approx. 950+ titles & 50+ TV Shows, avg. 15 GB/title). It takes a lot of time to scan after fresh/re-install.
Was about to update to Matrix thru Kodi Windows Installer addon. Should I wait for you to upload skin.titan.mod.beta.leia-18.1.19~alpha/skin.titan.mod.beta.leia-19x (matrix ver) or follow the steps in your posts (#1,842 & #1,845 or #1,848).
.Also, any provisions you cater for in the skin for a separate DOCUMENTARY section (in addition to Movies & TV Show in the Kodi media library) would be extremely helpful and revolutionary

If 'don't use skinhelpersercice ' for mulriple fanart :
Inside infoviews ( movies series or artists) 
Do you have a single fanart,  multifanart or a black background ??.
I only have a black background ☹️.

I get multiple fanart, set to change every 5 secs.
1. Are you on Leia or Matrix?
2. After you've done (finalised) your settings, run Artwork beef once (check report of Artwork beef - mine was 9000+ artworks updated). Exit and restart Kodi.

I know this is crude but this is what I as a non-techo do.

Here is  Kodi Log  I noticed  that there are several errors I don't know if these is Skin related or E4K issues, please point me the right direction so I can seek help from the right forum.

I'm with Leia and windows 10 + smb and sql ( mariadb) ( 3 computers, one for tests with a fresh install )
I refresh artwork beef many times.
Multiple fanart work on all list view : Netflix views and 'old' views.
Only infoviews doesn't have multiple fanart.
With skinherperservice : single fanart
without skinhelperservice : black background. But had multiple fanart with 'similars movies' and albums.

I think IncludesBackgroundBuilding.xml had a problem

I posted the issue in Emby for Kodi forum, the developer said those errors in the log are not emby for Kodi addon related, he also reference that the picture error is normal, youtube require a proper set. hence the issue I ma experiencing might be a skin related, appreciate if you can look into this.

At the moment the views only work via setting => Forced views in matrix.
The Matrix version will fix this error.

This seems to be an older problem that I haven't looked at yet.
Dont Use Skinhelper Service seems to be working. 
I won't deal with that until later, however, it doesn't have such a high priority.

Unfortunately I cannot test with emby-next-gen.
I have tested with jellyfin instead and there are no errors with jellyfin.
The navigation through the menus is quick and easy.
Do you also have problems with the emby plugin.

Which Netflix view type is this screen shot under in movies and TV show?  The Netflix view I am able to use, the selected movie zooms but remains in poster mode.  It doesn't switch to landscape view like your screen shot.
