Unfortunately, I can not tell you why that's the case with you, I have a Raspiberry 3+ and there is no Kodi 19 version of Libreelec yet.
You have to wait a while.

In general, however, I can tell you that the Skin Helper needs after a new installation, for a while until he has all the information he needs.
Of course, this can mean that your Raspberry 4 has a high CPU load for this time.

I am on interl ® Core ™ i5-8500 CPU @ 3.00/ Libreelec Generic.
Anyway, the cpu is runing low and quiet now

Here are some remarks and suggestions to improve the Titan Mod. atrix skin.
Note that I use the TitanTile layout (1 row of large tiles)

A little SHS bug in menu shortcuts
Edit menu shortcuts: Selecting an application no longer puts its thumbnail. we have to select it manually. 

In the panel view
Big plot overlay: would it be possible to have something prettier, like in the aeon xx skins.
for example to use the bottom bar by dragging it upwards and indicating the various information (genre, duration, media tags, sinopsys, character art, ...)
I would very much like.  May be an Info Popup ??

little bug : after use, we lose the keyboard focus on exit. Obliged to go back (Escape) to the general menu.

And I find the opacity on the fanart backgound too strong.

In the same vein, opacity management is missing in the extended information view for films (VIP info) : it's because the use of the global background does not work well (if we put transparency in background color diffuse, the background inside film information screen is transparent too) probably another bug with IncludesBackgroundBuilding.xlm

With the selection Skin settings / Media library views / Use ExtraFanart: dont use Skinhelper service
 In infomation views (Serial movies and music) the background is black instead of displaying the fanart (s).
Here is a small fix that only displays one image (but no multiple fanart) IncludesBackgroundBuilding.xml

with regard to film and series genres
Here is a French corrective language file but I cheated for the "3d" genre and the 'Kids "type is also missing : resource.language.fr_fr

Little bug in Matrix mod.
When playing Music : slideshow does'nt work anymore with the new Matrix structure.
No fanart and no clearart.
( but ok in infoviews)
May be because smb acces?

Hi Can you please help to confirm that these have been fixed, I couldn't find the addons in Libreelec back to validate and make changes if necessary, appreciate if someone can direct me to the location in Libreelec so I can make the changes myself.

In addition, I observed that when I use keyboard to navigating the UI the keyboard often freezed or hanged, also I added several submenus these does not often work.

Can you please tell me what version of skinhelper is the right one, for this to work. I have version 1.1.35 and with this is not working...

Notice : i started with a fresh install.
Update from leia does'nt work fine (icon and some packs : no research)
I use titan title.
Try reset menu at default values.
And adding a program does not add the thumbnail.
Need create one + add manually every thumbnail .
Q: does music slideshow work for you ?( with artist logo)
