Does moviegenreicon work for you ? ( with folder) 
For me,  it doesn't see .jpg now.

I forgot moviegenreicons currently only work for movies (TMDB genres) in German and English for all other languages a translation has to be added. I also have to add Tvshow Genres from TMDB.

Take the file
\ addons \ skin.titan.mod.beta.leia \ language \ resource.language.en_gb \ strings.po

and the file
\ addons \ skin.titan.mod.beta.leia \ language \ resource.language.de_de \ strings.po

as an example if you want to translate the genre names into your language.
After that, the moviegenreicons should also be displayed.


The following moviegenreicons packs are currently supported: 

resource.images.moviegenreicons.poster
resource.images.moviegenreicons.filmstrip-hd.colour
resource.images.moviegenreicons.coloured
resource.images.moviegenreicons.white
resource.images.moviegenreicons.transparent
resource.images.moviegenreicons.grey
resource.images.moviegenreicons.filmstrip
resource.images.moviegenreicons.arctic.zephyr
resource.images.moviegenreicons.xzener-flat
resource.images.moviegenreicons.xzener-reflection
resource.images.moviegenreicons.arctic.zephyr

What he said . I am not very IT savvy and really miss Titan . The skins provided pale in comparison.  No Pressure

Hi.
Very instructive post.
With titan mod v17 and before, I used filmstrip's ressources.
And copy my own genre pictures.jpg in the resources folder.
Ie : Drama.jpg + ( copy paste) Drame.jpg ( i'm french user)
Since update,( mod v19) this method does'nt work anymore and i don't want to revert. ( in the same time, i update kodi v18.7 to 18.9 and migrate mysql to mariadb)
I try with others package : same results ( with or without .xbt)
I try with direct folder : ( don't work too)

Note: filmstrip-hd bw and color : work ( without my jpg)
Not all are working. I don't know why, see nothing in kodi.log.

Next test with newer version of texture maker.
And take a look inside language ressources.
So i have somes news idees.

I know we all want a new version yesterday, but try to be patient. It will be ready when it's ready. We don't want to put undue pressure on anyone willing to take on the daunting task of trying to update a pretty large and complex skin like Titan.

I have very good news for you guys!
I have now got the skin on Matrix running so that it now works without any tricks.
I will be creating a matrix version for Titan-Mod in the next few days, but I have to test a bit first. 

Thanks for the new mod version and can't wait for the Matrix. This has definitely been one of my favorite skins so glad that it will continue to be updated!

They will be added with the next update. The skin will only contain official "TMDB" genres.
Otherwise I won't finish if I have to fulfill every custom genre request.

But I can give you instructions on how to add "3D" as a genre yourself.

How do I make a moviegenreicon.jpg recognize the 3D genre I created?

Info : moviegenres packages are not recognised with manual zip install.
It's not a skin issue, may be a leia 18.9 issue.

Am I missing something? It's a great skin. But I'm trying desperately to find info for Next Episode widgets. Is there a setting I'm overlooking?
