This was my favorite skin in Leia, and it still is my favorite in Matrix, besides one glitch.
I use Arch Linux, and a friend using windows 10 had the same issue.
The only working way I found to have multiple backgrounds is to use "Configure conditional backgrounds".
After restarting Kodi, the screen is black, but if I go to Skin settings and just click once on "Configure conditional backgrounds", then press ESC, the backgrounds start appearing.

I've been trying to install the v19 version of this skin for a while now and keep coming across the same error with the skin helper service. I'm on macOS 11.2.3 doing a fresh install of Kodi v19.

It seems after restarting I just had to wait 10 seconds, and backgrounds appear fine.

The version on Mardukl's Repo is the same Titan Mod version.
Artworkdump should not be necessary.

The secure variant is a reinstallation of Kodi.
Kodi Matrix only makes automatic updates from the Repo of which the add-on was installed or from the Kodi Repo.
Everything that has been installed manually will not automatically update.
This is new to Kodi Matrix.
Got Titan up and running finally on matrix.
I have noticed It lists all the widgets on Every menu item.
(Other 2 had nothing to do with Titan, so I removed them)

Without an error log, I can not help you.
The repo works, otherwise everyone else would have the same problem.

I suspect you use Homescreen Layout Netflix or Homescreen Layout Vertical?
Go to:
SKIN SETTINGS => Homescren layout => "Show all widgets (detach from main menu focus)"
switch off
