This sounds right to me. I guess I will try changing rclone's flags and see if there's a better way I can manipulate its cache to save the .nfo files locally. I saw a thread with a similar issue on the rclone forum that suggested running a script that will periodically access the .nfos to keep them in rclone's cache, since rclone can't really prioritize its cached files on its own. I will see if I can implement that to improve performance.
Hello, I was testing this fantastic skin and I have hidden the settings (power options), and now I don't know how to show them again. Any ideas? Thank you

What device? Try holding down the back button and you should get the power options.

Hey guys, loving the skin and slowly getting it to a place where it'll be amazing. Wondering if someone can help with two questions:
Anytime i come out of a video i keep getting presented with this screen which is the plot for that specific video. Is there a way to disable this as it keeps happening and is a bit of an eyesore compared to how well the rest of the skin looks like
My second question is more around how i can configure my home screen to look pretty much exactly like the first image @
AchillesPunks has posted on page 1. Here referring to the more info button and the play button. I've got my media by default set to 'play' but would still like a way to easily see the extendedinfo if possible and i think this could do it.
Thanks again and as always any help is really appreciated.
EDIT - Running LibreElec 11 and the latest version of Titan Bingie Mod

1) look into the osd settings, should be something about full screen plot/details
2) you only get the play/more info you are talking about on the splotlight and not on widgets, but you can set it to use biggie View and get the play/more eppisode and extra details once you select an item from a widget.

Hm, not sure if we're talking about the same thing? I am talking about the codec labels shown in the video info section. Other skins can show a dolby vision or hdr codec label for the media files while Titan Bingie doesn't. That's why I'm asking. I've seen a "4k HDR" label in one of the screenshots here though (post #5,915
2023-02-06, 19:42) or is that from the fake codec option? Thanks again
Yes, it is possible to recognize hdr type (hdr10, dolbyvision and hlg) in the nexus. It will be implemented with the next updates. It will be label "4K HDR" like in Netflix.
Sounds great, thanks for the info!
PS: Does anyone know how to translate "Seasons" in the strings.po file (if its translated there)? So a TV show that has multiple Seasons for example shows "8 Seasons". This doesn't get translated. If it has only "1 Season" it shows the correct translated version, in my case "1 Staffel". I couldn't find where to add the translation for "Seasons" to "Staffeln" yet. Thanks again
Ta - Works a treat! Lots of settings to get my head around!

Yeah definitely, im currently messing about with it myself. Almost have it how I want it but its going to take more than my knowledge could ever grasp.
It turns out it's actually the thumbs themselves. Even though Kodi has them cached, the Bingie Episodes view keeps loading them directly from the filesystem. I increased the rclone cache's max age and once the items are cached by rclone there is no issue navigating the menus.
Is there a way to force view types for menu types i.e.
Use bingie episode list for all TV show episodes
Use bingie season list for all TV show season
Use X for all MoviesĀ
etc
If this is possible is there a way to find out what the IDs are for each of the Bingie view types? I've seen a video addon that lets you force viewtypes but it requires a custom view ID as the skin creates views that don't fully align with Kodi default types.
All help super appreciated!

You can just press the left key or navigate to the left while inside the view you wish to change and this will bring up the view menu.
While inside this menu you have the option to change the view type (default is usually list) and other stuff like what is been displayed. You can click the lock just below the option to change the view type to "lock" that view type from been changed.
Sure its more that it'd be great to default it for a specific playlist. I've got 20-30 playlists i use and i think i'm going to manually have to set the view for each.

I know you can set it for the individual types (tv shows, films, seasons and eppisodes) but then that will default everything to that view if you locked it.
If you wanted a specific type for a playlist that dffers from the default one now locked then this obviously won't help.
