Basically just wanted to add my kudos for the panel widget, which looks spectacular indeed. My vote would be to leave the info off everything except the selected panel poster, although I can understand the rationale for having it on all of them.
One question I have would be whether it might look better to have the title and rating text above and below the selected poster, rather than inside the poster boundaries. I think that would look cleaner. Also, is there any chance the selected panel poster could be slightly enlarged, just like the selected posters in Shift view? If so, I think that would look pretty cool....
No matter what it turns out as, though, it's definitely a big improvement over the existing widget, so...great work!!
The enlarged poster could be done but then the background would need to be larger to accommodate the increased size of the posters... Not sure about that one, it is a good idea so I will give it some thought and play around with it to see how it looks with the larger background. The second thing is a good idea and am now kicking myself in the butt for not thinking of that

Edit: i have a question when i select a movie from the widget (Top 10 Rentals) comes the video info dialog from tmdb , is it also possible in other languages which is set in the skin!

Change the language in extendedinfo settings (press "I" key when selecting it in the program/apps section). I believe it is the first option

this post. Since I would like to hit my target of a Tuesday release... I'd really like the layout to get finalized by tonight or tomorrow morning the latest so if nobody has any objections... I will go ahead with the one from the above linked post since, as of now, it is ahead by a little. No matter what happens bug reports always takes precedents over new features... The style with the extended border showing the title and IMDB/TMDB rating always showing is pretty good as well. (in post #623)
