Got it! I have no choice but to switch to Estuary, and hope for a Silvo fix. Estuary is so "Plain Jane", but at least I can get Artist Slideshow to work.
I'm not sure AEON Nox SiLVO skin is the cause of the issue.
Hopefully we will find out the cause soon.

Which view? If you have script.embuary.helper installed it will use that but there is a skin based alternative that does not use that add-on but it isn't available in all views.
I noticed RightList wasn't working so there will be a fix for that on Git sometime today.

Is there any hope that the touch screen issue will be resolved. I had read that it would be in 19.2 but it isn't. But I did notice that the default skins worked with touch screen,
Aeon Nox Silvo loses focus on the main menu bar on my Android tablet and Windows 2 in 1 laptop in Kodi 19.X. I can't stand any other skins so I just can't switch my devices over to 19.X until it works like good old 18.9 does.

Interesting, I should have said my phone is an android phone, it had Kodi 19 installed from the play store, it updated this morning to 19.2 from the playstore.
With you saying your Windows 2 in 1 touch screen wasn't working after upgrading to Kodi 19.2.
I tried my Dell W10 laptop which has a touch screen, and the Kodi touch screen problem is still there.
I didn't notice the touch screen issue was there after updating to 19.2 because on my laptop I use button control rather than touch control.
So for me, 19.2 fixed the touch screen issue on my android 10 touch screen phone, but hasn't fixed the touch screen issue on my Dell W10 touch screen.
