You would have to change more than a line. The pause icon is just changing the current (if there is one) or adding a zorder to DialogSeekbar or custom window 1118.
Nothing with skinning is easy per se, it all takes time.

Also the weather widget only shows the weather information for the first day, although you scroll through other days. The temperature changes correct, but the description stays on "Today"

You have to select the background in the Weather section to add it as a background option (conditional weather) for the Main Menu. Then you can select it in the Main Menu customizer.
I will have to look into the weather plot cause everything with the Widgets is using a lot of the same code so I will have to change the Plot VAR and look into what INFOlabels are available for other days.

I'm not sure wheter this mistranslation to German is by the skin or by Kodi itself, but in movie information view the word "Auszeinchnungen" should be "Auszeichnungen" and "Revenue" is still English and should be "Einnahmen"
edit: and "Audio" should be "Ton"

Not really. I don't want to add an option to hide certain buttons because they are built-in functions. If you can't hide "change rating" and keep staring at that button, you might start using it
The purpose of the extras section (+) is to fit all the other buttons. While there is some customization for it like the placement of CinemaVision, I can look into adding options to disable/hide some of those but beyond the CinemaVision button the ones in video information would have to be modded by the user.
If I ever start to redesign the video info screen I may revisit this but for now I prefer that it will look like the way I want no matter what options in the skin the user elects to change.

Some translations come from Kodi while others come from the skin and both use Transifex... Now that you mention it there has not been an update from Transifex in awhile. I have to try and remember to ask about that in the skinning section.
If there are issues with translations then you can request to be added to the German team and update or add any missing ones.

I noticed that when you select plot and cast, it displays outline instead of plot even if plot is available. I also noticed that no art is displayed for tvshows...

It is serendipitous that you mention Emby. I removed a whole statement in my previous reply about how I will likely never add a way to enforce views using the forced option from Skin Helper for an add-on that does not do it in their own settings or alter things for Emby because of current limitations with how it interacts with Kodi.
I always account for things when using a vanilla Kodi install. That does not mean issues involving advanced usage like a shared MySQl DB but if a user has another program maintaining its DB I can't realistically account for all things that could be an issue related to that.
If you use Emby then something like Titan skin would be a great choice cause IIRC marcel is a dev for Emby so his skin has a large amount of options for use with that type of scenario.

The plot outline is intended cause of the limited space but the artwork missing was a bug, try latest from Git please.

My version as well? Default Nox 5 is the pinnacle of customization and resource management so if my version comes anywhere close to that level of performance then not only is it surprising but it makes me a happy camper

This is a command line only script atm but you can map it to a button:

Make sure, you check/edit the aeonnoxsilvo file in getnewversions.d to get the master version.
