Hello, I am new here, Congrats on a great skin.
I sometimes want to read the credits and I have to press Pause so...
How exactly did you remove/prevent the Pause logo from appearing?
Thanks in advance

I have a couple of questions about the Info panel for widgets.
What I want to do is change the way some of the information is presented - I am comfortable editing the relevant xmls. Specifically I want to change the way the Release Date of movies is presented and the way the runtime/duration of movies, tvshows is presented.
Let me give an example. For the movie "The Suicide Squad" (well worth the price of the cinema ticket) currently the Release Date is presented as "28/7/2021" in the widget info panel and the Runtime is "02:12:00". What I would like to do is have the Release Date be shown as "2021" (maybe "July 2021") and the runtime as "132 minutes"
I did try changing in the Variables_xml the "$INFO[Container.ListItem.Duration,$LOCALIZE[2050]: ]" to "$INFO[Container.ListItem.Duration(mm),$LOCALIZE[2050]: ]" but to my sad surprise this resulted in presenting "12" rather than "132".
Any suggestions as to how to achieve that

Changing the runtime to hours/minutes is already built in to the skin, I have it set this way. Go to Settings > Interface > Skin > Configure Skin > Silvo Extras and toggle on the 'Display Runtime in hours and minutes' option.
For your release date question I'm not sure, hopefully someone else can answer that.
Curious if anyone has done any modifications for showing a Dolby Vision flag with Aeon Nox Silvo? It didn't used to matter but I'm getting more DV content. For my main Windows htpc it doesn't generally matter since it doesn't support DV and plays the content in HDR instead. But for my android box it would be nice to know what supports DV and what doesn't. Even if just in the Info screen it would be nice to have a Dolby Vision flag to denote support for it.

As far as I can tell the "Display Runtime in hours and minutes option" only works in the movie information window (based on DialogVideoInfo.xml) and not in the home screen when you have an info panel set up for a widget (uses template.xml & includes_widgets.xml). However, your answer does help because it may be possible to work it out from the DialogVideoInfo.xml

Quick check of DialogVideoInfo.xml gave me the answer.
To show the Year only for the release date I needed to use $INFO[Container.ListItem.Year] rather than ListItem.Premiered and to have it in minutes only the coding is ListItem.Duration(mins).
Thanks to Dpar for pointing me in the right direction
Hi guys,
I have a little question.
I'm about to update my Pi4 to Kodi 19 with a fresh install.
I've set custom backgrounds in Aeon Nox Silvo for almost all my categories, but unfortunately I've lost the backup of them that was on my hard drive.
Does anyone happen to know where they are stored on the Pi so I can backup them before erasing the SD Card ?
Many thanks.
When I play locally stored music CDs or MP3s for example, Kodi 19.1 isn't switching to full screen.
All works well in Kodi 18.9, so I compared my skin settings and found that the 'Autoplay music in full screen' setting is not available as an option in the Kodi 19.1 skin settings.
Could this be the cause of music not playing in full screen, is there a way I can get music to play in full screen?
Music is playing full screen when I play a radio station from the 'Radio' addon from the Kodi repo.
Screenshot below shows the setting option in Kodi 18.9, which isn't present in the Kodi19.1 version of the skin.
Is there a k19 version of Silvo that allows for animation of the backgrounds one might have?

It was removed for Kodi v19 because its a system setting now so I don't need to use the "hack" workaround

You best provide a screenshot, so we are clear what the problem is.
Sorry for photos, should still illustrate the issue.

I have the same "problem" (it's really minor - meanwhile I switched to TriPanelView), BUT ... I would really love to know how to bring the minimized/iconized Season-folder-images back to the List-View?

I want to add widget for video addons but it won’t let me sort by last used. The option is there in sort by lube when you select last used it just goes back to default.
This was something I got implemented but finally seeming up a new 19 version fresh instal and can’t get this work like 18.
Any help would be appreciated!!
It's just a display issue. It should sort by "last used" if the widget supports it. The label just wasn't updated to show that in the menu customizer
When selected it says default but will sort by last used, however, the default sort order is ascending so you will need to select descending if you want last used to be first.
I'll fix the display issue on GitHub sometime today.
For some reason when I set my widget to display the movie sets I have in my movie library, the widget info panel does not seem to display all the right information. For completeness my movie library is set to use local info only as I have a nfo file for every movie
There are 2 issues (the second one may be an info provider issue not a skin problem)
1. It should show the number of movies in the set, I have checked the xmls and there is a line in variables_widget.xml to provide the information:
The HomeWidgetInfoSubTitleVar has a value condition
<value condition="!String.IsEmpty(Window(Home).Property(SkinInfo.Set.Movies.Count))">$INFO[Window(Home).Property(SkinInfo.Set.Movies.Count),, $LOCALIZE[342]]</value>
But it is not picking up anything.
2. what I would like the info panel to display for ratings is the same as for a movie - namely Ratings & Votes but ListItem.RatingandVotes for sets does not pick up that info.
I am comfortable amending up the XMLs but feel I am missing something very obvious. Can anyone enlighten me as to why I am not seeing the right information
